A small firm by design
Two partners, four staff, a deliberate cap on how many clients we take on.
The trade-off is that you get a senior accountant on the end of the phone when you call, and the same person who prepared your accounts last year will be the one who prepares them this year. For the businesses we work with - mostly owner-managed, mostly between two and fifty staff - that consistency turns out to matter more than anything else.

Accounts and tax
Statutory accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, and VAT. Manx and UK companies, partnerships, and sole traders - including cross-border work.
Bookkeeping and payroll
Regular bookkeeping, monthly payroll runs, and the year-end documentation that goes with both. Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks, or spreadsheets - we work with what you have.
Business advice
The conversations that don't fit neatly into anything above. Incorporation, remuneration, succession, and the questions a small business runs into between filings.

A small firm can know its clients. A big firm can't. We've spent fifteen years proving that knowing the client matters more than the size of the team behind them.
The partner does the work
Most of our peers run a model where the partner sells and a junior delivers. We don't. The partner who agrees the work is the partner who does it. That produces a noticeably better result.
Consistency is the product
The same accountant year after year is the most underrated thing in our profession. We don't churn staff, we don't pass clients between partners, and we don't restructure for the sake of it.
