Letterbox Lettings has been letting and managing homes in Porthaven since 2016. We are independent - no franchise, no head office, no targets set by someone who has never walked Porthaven's high street. The agency is owned by the people who work in it, which means every recommendation we make is ours, and every client is looked after by a decision-maker.
We cover Harbour Quarter, Old Town, Marine Heights and The Saltings - and we mean cover. Our team lives locally, values locally, and can tell you which side of a street gets the evening sun. After 10 years, much of our business comes from people we have moved before, and their families.

Kerry Penhale
Founder & Director
Kerry started Letterbox in 2016 after years of managing her own rental properties and wondering why agents made it all feel so complicated. She built the agency on one rule - answer the phone - and still takes landlord appraisals herself most weeks. If she tells you a rent figure, it is the real one, not the flattering one.
Dan Trewin
Head of Property Management
Dan runs the managed portfolio - the inspections, the compliance calendar and the 2am calls about water tanks. He came to lettings from facilities management and treats every certificate deadline like a train he refuses to miss. Landlords sleep better because Dan does not.
Amber Coyle
Lettings Negotiator
Amber handles viewings, applications and the waiting list, and knows every lane in the Old Town by paint colour. She is the voice you will probably hear first when you ring the office, and she prides herself on calling applicants back the same day - even when the answer is not the one they wanted.
Steve Lockyer
Maintenance Coordinator
Steve keeps the trades moving - a former carpenter with thirty years of Porthaven contacts and a healthy suspicion of any quote that looks too good. He triages every repair report within one working day and is the reason our tenants describe maintenance as the bit that just works.
