Mews Property has been selling homes in Calderton since 2019. We are independent - no franchise, no head office, no targets set by someone who has never walked Calderton's high street. The agency is owned by the people who work in it, which means every recommendation we make is ours, and every client is looked after by a decision-maker.
We cover The Wharf District, The Ropeworks, Calderton Central and Albion Park - and we mean cover. Our team lives locally, values locally, and can tell you which side of a street gets the evening sun. After 7 years, much of our business comes from people we have moved before, and their families.

Daniel Mercer
Founder and Director
Daniel spent nine years running city-centre sales for a national agency before starting Mews in 2019, convinced Calderton deserved an agent that photographed, priced and presented city homes properly. He still values every penthouse and conversion the agency takes on. Away from the office he is usually on the towpath, running or cycling, depending on the weather.
Priya Shah
Sales Director
Priya leads the sales team and has agreed more apartment sales in the Wharf District than any other agent in the city. She is known for straight answers on pricing and for keeping chains moving when others let them drift. Clients tend to come back; about half of our instructions are repeat or referral business, and that is largely down to her.
Callum Reid
Senior Negotiator
Callum joined Mews in 2021 from a Calderton new-homes developer, which means he knows the city's buildings from the inside - service charges, management companies, lease terms and all. He handles most of our first-time buyer sales and runs the Saturday viewing diary.
