How Hollis Physiotherapy handles the information you give us, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Only what you send us. If you fill in the enquiry form or email us, that is your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about why you are getting in touch.
To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into work. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to send you marketing you have not asked for.
Nobody outside the practice, except the suppliers that make the website and our email work. They process it on our instructions and cannot use it for anything else.
Enquiries that go no further are deleted after twelve months. Where we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or its deletion. Write to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xx and we will come back to you within a month. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the supervising authority.
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to turn off.
This is a demonstration site. Hollis Physiotherapy is not a real business, and this notice is an example of what a real one would publish rather than a legal document.
