Purchases, sales, transfers, remortgages. Commercial leasing, rent reviews, and the property aspects of business sales. Landlord and tenant matters for private landlords and tenants on residential and commercial tenancies.

Separation, divorce, financial arrangements, and matters relating to children. We act in the formal proceedings and in the negotiations and agreements that often resolve matters without contested hearings.

Authentication and certification of documents for use overseas.
Both partners are appointed Notaries Public. We provide notarial services from our Douglas office, including personal documents, corporate documents, and onward apostille and legalisation through the FCDO.
