Advocates and Notaries on the Isle of Man.
A small Manx legal practice working with private clients, businesses, and trustees across the Island. Established advice on the matters that matter most.
The practice
Partner-led legal advice from a small Manx firm.
Andreas Advocates is a small Manx legal practice in Douglas. We work with private clients, owner-managed businesses, and trustees - across property, family, estates, commercial, and the wider range of work that comes to a general practice on the Isle of Man.
The firm was founded in 2014. We have two practising advocates, supported by a small team. Each client works directly with a partner, and the partner who takes on the matter is the partner who sees it through.

03Wills, estates & probate
Will-drafting, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
04Commercial & corporate

05Litigation & disputes
Civil disputes, debt recovery, and possession proceedings.
06Notarial services
Authentication, certification, and notarisation of documents for use overseas.
Client portal
Your matter, always visible.

Why Andreas Advocates
How we work.
Partner-led
Every client matter is handled by a practising advocate, not delegated to a junior. The advocate who agrees the engagement is the advocate who sees the matter through.
Costs agreed in writing
The basis of charges is set out at the start of every matter, in writing. Fixed or capped fees where possible; agreed hourly rates with regular cost updates where time recording applies.
Direct contact
Your advocate's direct telephone and email. No central inbox, no being passed between advocates, no surprise when the person who knows your matter is unavailable.
When to instruct us
We decline the matters that aren't ours.
We take on the work we know how to handle and decline what we don't. If your matter is outside our experience, we'll tell you - and where we can, we'll recommend the right firm for it. Knowing what we don't do is part of being a firm worth working with.
Need to speak to an advocate?
For new enquiries, the first conversation is free of charge - up to thirty minutes, no obligation. We can usually arrange this within a few working days.
