Identify Genuine Value Before Building
Not every process benefits from AI, and many that do benefit less than you might expect before seeing the results of a proper assessment. We start every AI engagement by identifying where AI can deliver measurable, reliable value in your specific context - and being honest when the answer is that a simpler, more reliable non-AI approach would serve you better. AI that works reliably 90% of the time and fails unexpectedly the other 10% is not acceptable in a production business context. We only build AI features where we are confident they will be reliable enough to trust.
Build AI as a Component, Not a System
The most reliable AI implementations embed AI as a component within a larger system that manages its inputs, validates its outputs, and handles its failures gracefully. Raw AI model outputs are not reliable enough to be presented directly to users or used as the sole input to consequential decisions.
