OLXR is currently a founder-led, single-engineer practice. We are not actively hiring.
That said, we are building something deliberately and that may change. If OLXR grows to the point where bringing in the right person makes sense - someone with the same standards, the same approach, and the same commitment to doing things properly - we want to hear from experienced engineers before we need them, not after.
What We Would Look For
If and when that time comes, we are interested in engineers with:
- Strong .NET and C# fundamentals - not framework knowledge, genuine understanding
- Production experience with real systems under real load
- The kind of judgment that comes from maintaining systems other people built
- Comfort with the full stack - backend, database, cloud infrastructure, and enough frontend to be useful
- An honest approach to clients and to problems
